B AZ-5-02--Request for annexation release of 5.42 acres, 1756 Broadway (owner Sue LeClair) to permit redevelopment by Intergroup Realty for student housing. 09-22-260-001- Area A. Tabled at September meeting to show permission by owner.

C. Toyota test road-Conservation Easement. Planning Commission recommended approval.

A. Phase II Stormwater project-Report from Engineer and Huron River Watershed Council.

B. 2003 Budget and Millage Rates-Action following public hearing.

C. Dangerous Building at 4141 Thornoaks-Board decision on action to be taken following failure to timely repair and letter from Lester Drake

D. Northside Seniors-Request for continued funding.

E. Report from J & L Consulting regarding inspection of wetlands mitigation areas at Washtenaw County Community College previously requested by the Board.

F. Ayrshire Subdivision-Report on Preliminary Engineering Study for Sewer and Water. Discussion on whether Township should initiate proceedings to create a Special Assessment District or require residents to petition for such a district.

G. Temporary extension of Cable Franchise.
