B. Dennis G. and Camille B. Severance, owners, request annexation of 3330 Geddes Road due to failing well. Parcel code 09-26-481-001.

C. KLB/Earhart - request for rezoning from R- D to PUD and Wetland Permit. Recommended for approval by WCMP and approved by Planning Commission April 2, 2001
