A. Request for annexation release of parcels 09-16-385-008 and 009 by owner James Kibbie, 2205 Pontiac Trail, Lots 6 and 8 of Huron River Hills Subdivision. Reason for annexation request is to sell lot 8 for a building site.

B. HCR amendment to PUD area plan. Recommended for approval by Planning Commission March 5, 2001

C. Approval of Conditional Use Permit for AT&T to permit erection of a tower on Township property.
